Well, I guess things could be worse. I’m pretty sure we avoided any major tragedies and mass shootings over the holidays. The only real tragedy is that everybody who went out shopping first thing in the morning during Black Friday weren’t killed off in a mass shooting. I’m fairly confident that the people who go shopping on Black Friday and camp out all night just to get a shot at 50 dollars off a generic flat TV are the people that are ruining society as a whole. I have no data or any real evidence to support this other than the fact they are miserable people who try to kill each other over discounts they can get every single day of the year by being aware of sales or just using Amazon. That being said, it is one of my guilty pleasures to watch people exchange blows over a toaster or to watch people get trampled to death as the doors open at the local Walmart. These are just the sign of the times and the holidays. Merry War on Christmas to all, and to all a good night.
